This is the latest L-carnitene available from Sigma Tau, directly imported from Italy. Each ampoule contains 2gm of L-carnitene as opposed to the normal 1gm. Each vial is made up of 5 ml of liquid for IV or IM injection. This is primarily used for fat burning purposes or to increase basal metabolic rate.
